Energy Market
The Energy Market Participant Support team provides a wide variety of services to stakeholders and participants ranging from enrolling new energy participants to providing ongoing account maintenance and relationship building. It is our goal to fully understand customer issues, concerns and requests and to act accordingly to resolve these matters.
Our role includes:
- enrolling new particpants; retailers, self retailers, generators and marketers
- providing training and education about the energy market and systems such as the Energy Trading System
- acting as a conduit into the AESO for customers and connecting them with the right people
- facilitating development or modification of AESO policies, rules and processes
