Transmission Customer Services
The key mandate of the Transmission Customer Services team is to enable strong relationships between the AESO and the transmission customer. The team offers a first point of contact for critical issues such as:
- potential changes to existing DTS and STS agreements
- Demand Opportunity Service program management
- assist in customer education of AESO processes, policies and procedures

Capacity Increase for Exisiting Customers
Exisiting customers seeking relatively small (<5MW or <10 per cent) capacity increases are invited to contact their account manager to see whether the capacity increase can be accomodated without the need for transmission facility additions or upgrades, or if an interconnection project is required.
