Electricity Market Policy Framework "Quick-Hits" Implementation

The short-term adequacy "quick-hits" are defined as recommendations that will have an immediate and significant impact on either the visibility of available supply, or the credibility, stability, or undue volatility of the pool price, and are implementable in a reasonably immediate timeframe.

Revised Treatment of Imports Consultation

In response to comments and discussions with stakeholders the AESO published a revised 'term sheet' on November 17 for the import implementation proposal.  Following the posting of the updated proposal, the AESO held a stakeholder session on November 24 to discuss the proposal with all interested stakeholders.

Subsequent to the November 24 meeting the AESO solicited comments on the revised proposal until November 30.  We appreciate the effort made by the nine different stakeholders who responded and their submissions regarding the revised imports proposal are posted below in their entirety.
