Ancillary Services Article 11 Settlement
On July 6, 2007, the AESO filed an application to initiate a negotiated settlement process concerning compensation to be paid by the AESO for the provision of Ancillary Services, including Transmission Must Run (TMR) services. The process is intended to facilitate the finalization of Ancillary Services Article 11, which was last approved on an interim basis in EUB Decision 2005-125 and which is part of the AESO's Terms and Conditions of System Access Service.
