2008 Tariff

System Access Service is provided by the AESO to its customers in accordance with its tariff as approved by the Alberta Energy and Utilities Board (EUB).  The following rates and terms and conditions of service were approved by the EUB in Order U2005-464 effective January 1 2006 with amendments in Order U2006-307 effective January 1, 2006 and Orders U2007-309 and U2008-2 effective January 1, 2008.  The 2008 tariff is a continuation of the AESO's 2006 tariff, with the exceptions of an increase to the level of the Balancing Pool Consumer Allocation Rider F and the addition of Interim Refundable Fort Nelson Rider H, both effective January 1, 2008.
