2007 Tariff Refiling

On December 21, 2007, the Alberta Energy and Utilities Board (EUB) issued Decision 2007-106 on the AESO's 2007 General Tariff Application.  The decision included 25 directions to the AESO to modify the tariff that had been proposed in its application.  The AESO refiled the proposed tariff on February 1, 2008, complying with all directions in Decision 2007-106 which were to be addressed in the refiling.  The refiling will be reviewed and approved through a regulatory proceeding in accordance with a schedule set by the Alberta Utilities Commission (AUC).
