2008 Terms and Conditions Amendment

As a result of discussions and consultation with stakeholders, the AESO has implemented revised business practices associated with the interconnection process effective February 1, 2008.  The AESO proposes to amend certain aspects of its terms and conditions of service to more closely align with the revised business practices.  The proposed amendments will be reviewed and approved through a regulatory proceeding in accordance with a schedule set by the Alberta Utilities Commission (AUC).
