Review and Variance of Decision 2007-106
On December 21, 2007, the Alberta Energy and Utilities Board (now the Alberta Utilities Commission, or AUC) issued Decision 2007-106 on the AESO's 2007 General Tariff Application. On March 19, 2008, a group of customers requested the AUC review and vary the determination in section 8.3 of the Decision in respect of the Prepaid O&M Charge. The review and variance application will be considered through a regulatory proceeding in accordance with a schedule set by the AUC.
