2007 Tariff Second Refiling

On May 8, 2008, the Alberta Utilities Commission (AUC) issued Decision 2008-037 on the AESO's 2007 General Tariff Application Refiling.  The decision included five directions to the AESO with respect to the tariff that had been proposed in its first refiling.  The AESO submitted the second refiling of the proposed tariff on May 12, 2008, complying with all directions in Decision 2008-037.  The refiling will be reviewed and a final decision on the tariff issued by the AUC.
