Tariff Effective August 1, 2008
Tariff Approvals
System Access Service is provided by the AESO to its customers in accordance with its tariff as approved by the Alberta Utilities Commission (AUC, previously the Alberta Energy and Utilities Board or EUB). The following rates and terms and conditions of service resulted from the AESO's 2007 General Tariff Application as approved by the AUC in Order U2008-217 effective August 1, 2008. The tariff includes:
- Amendments to Article 13 and related definition as approved in AUC Order U2008-169 effective May 29, 2008.
- An increase to the Balancing Pool Consumer Allocation Rider F to a credit of $6.50/MWh as approved in AUC Order U2008-356 effective January 1 to December 31, 2009.
- An extension to Interim Refundable Fort Nelson Rider H as approved in AUC Decision 2009-040 effective April 1, 2009.
- Amendment to Operations and Maintenance Article 9.4 as approved in AUC Decision 2009-105 effective August 1, 2008.
