The 2006 tariff were approved by the Alberta Energy and Utilities Board (EUB) in Decisions 2005-096, 2005-131, and 2005-132, and in Orders U2005-464 and U2006-307. Major changes include introduction of new charges and new billing determinants, changes to ratchet levels, approval of a Balancing Pool Consumer Allocation refund rider, changes to investment levels, and changes to application fees.
