TFO Terms & Conditions

Each Transmission Facility Owner (TFO) in Alberta provides transmission service on behalf of the AESO under terms and conditions approved by the Alberta Energy and Utilities Board (EUB).  As all TFO's provide similar service, the terms and conditions for each TFO are expected to be identical in most respects or, if not, to only differ for logical and well explained reasons.  The following documents were provided during a process to develop generic TFO terms and conditions for all TFOs.
