Tariff Effective Jan. 1, 2005

The following rates were approved by the Alberta Energy and Utilities Board (EUB) in Orders U2004-476 effective January 1, 2005, and U2005-388 effective November 1, 2005, and the following terms and conditions of service were approved by the EUB in Decision 2003-077 effective December 1, 2003 with amendments in Decisions 2003-099 and 2003-109 effective January 1, 2004. This tariff remained effective until December 31, 2005.
