Delegation of Responsibilities
In February 2008, the AESO issued a discussion paper regarding Section 13 of the Transmission Regulation – Delegation of Responsibility followed with a stakeholder consultation session on March 5, 2008.
After consulting with the Alberta Utilities Commission, market participants, transmission facilities owners and distribution facilities owners, the AESO has established a practice regarding the requirements set out under Section 13 of the Transmission Regulation.
