To Be Filed
In this section you will find links to the AESO Needs Identification Documents (NID) that have not yet been filed with the Alberta Utilities Commission (AUC). The AESO will publish an advertisement in local newspapers 14 or more days prior to filing a NID with the AUC. On the day a NID is filed with the AUC, it will also be posted on the AESO website. This approach is consistent with the requirements for notification of stakeholders under AUC Rule 007. The AESO has changed the NID Posting Date. Please click here to view the letter to stakeholders.
