Update Contract Contact Information for Existing Customers
To update the contact person on the existing contract, click here for the Contact Information Change Authorization Form. Please complete the template and email to Contact.Changes@aeso.ca
In order to ensure timely processing, please verify the following steps are completed:
- Ensure Contact Information Change Authorization Form is on requestors company letterhead
- It is signed by an Authorized party (Note: this form cannot be authorized by the same contact that the request form is for. An authorized party is commonly the current “notices” contact on file. If unsure who the current “notices” contact is, please contact contact.changes@aeso.ca for assistance.
- “Invoices” and/or “notices” are selected
- The Full legal name of the company is required
Contract Reductions or Terminations
In accordance with Article 14 of the AESO’s Tariff, existing customers reducing or terminating their System Access Service Agreements may choose to pay out the Contract Capacity as a lump sum payment in lieu of the five-year notice required. Please complete the System Access Service Agreement Amendment Request Form and submit accordingly.
Assignment, Assumption and Novation Agreement
Existing customers seeking to assign their System Access Service Agreement(s) to another legal entity must enter into an Assignment, Assumption and Novation Agreement. Please complete the System Access Service Agreement Amendment Request Form and submit accordingly.
