Stage 0 Process Description
1. The Customer completes and submits a System Access Service Request (SASR) to the AESO.
2. The AESO reviews the SASR and responds to the Customer within 14 calendar days, acknowledging a completed SASR. If there are deficiencies in the information, the AESO will request the Customer to provide the required data.
3. Once the SASR is deemed complete, the project is added to the Project List.
4. Once the project is on the Project List, Gate 0 is complete and a Gate 0 Completion Acknowledgement Letter is issued to the Customer.
