    Panelist Applications Due | Tariff Evolution Roundtable & World Cafe

    Panelist applications are due Wednesday, Feb. 1, 2023.

    Session

    The AESO is providing notice to interested stakeholders to hold the date for a Tariff Evolution Roundtable & World Café forum on Feb. 14, 2023 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. The purpose of this session is to discuss industry perceptions, needs, and priorities for tariff evolution in the coming years.     Registration options

    There are two registration options: (1) general participant and (2) panelist. Register here.

    Option 1: Register as a General Participant – In-Person or Virtual

    General participants will listen to the roundtable discussion as an audience member and will participate in the World Café breakouts in the afternoon. General participants will have the opportunity to ask questions to the roundtable panelists. 

    Panelists will be selected based on a vote from all registered participants.

    Option 2: Apply as a Panelist – In-Person Only

    Panelists will be featured in the moderated discussion in the morning and will participate in the World Café breakouts in the afternoon. Panelists will be provided with the moderated questions in advance of the session. Panelists will be selected based on a vote from all registered participants. Organizations will be limited to one seat on the Panel.

    How to Apply to be a Panelist

    Stakeholders can apply to be a panelist when they register for the session. The Panel is expected to be limited to the following seat categories:

    1. Large / Industrial Load Organizations or Advocacy Group (2 Seats)
    2. Small / Residential Load Organizations or Advocacy Group (2 Seats)
    3. Generation / Distribution Connected Generation (2 Seats)
    4. Transmission Facility Owner / Distribution Facility Owner Operators (2 Seats)
    5. Energy Storage (1 Seat)
    6. Consultant, Independent or Other (2 Seats)

    Stakeholders must self-select a category when they apply. Only one choice will be permitted for category selection; stakeholders will need to determine the category they best align with if multiple categories apply. Panelist applications will be open until Feb. 1, 2023.

    Registration details

    Register here for the hybrid session. After you've entered your first and last name, organization and email address, you will be asked if you wish to attend as a General Participant or apply to be a Panelist. If you chose to attend as a General Participant, you will be asked if you wish to attend in-person or virtually. If you chose to apply to be a Panelist, you will be asked to chose a category that you believe you best align with. Panelists will be selected based on a vote from all registered participants.

    Upon submitting your registration, you will receive a confirmation email with a unique webinar link to join the session (if you are attending virtually), and an associated meeting request to add to your calendar.
