Stakeholder Session | REM IT Systems Working Group (August)

    Purpose

This is a monthly, virtual forum that gives market participants early, practical insight into upcoming REM IT System changes that will support the implementation of the Restructured Energy Market (REM). The sessions are designed to help the market participants plan and prepare for the change.

Each session focuses on a specific topic or topics, including planned interface and API updates, expected technical impacts, and opportunities for questions. The regular cadence supports ongoing readiness as capabilities are released in phases.

We will be covering the following topics in this session:

    • Recap of the July Working Group session [Market Messaging and Dispatch Service (MMDS) and Application Programming Interface (API)]
    • Market Settlement System (MSS) Portal and API
    • InfoHub - Settlement Reports

These IT Working Group sessions will help participants understand which systems and interfaces will be affected, what connectivity or access changes may be required, and how to plan, sequence, and resource their internal work ahead of each sandbox release.

Sessions are open, transparent, and aligned with confirmed delivery timelines. They are intended for those responsible for implementing and integrating REM-related changes, with consistent core participation and additional subject matter experts joining as needed.
