    Project status

    The AESO recently released its 2016 Long-term Outlook (LTO). Based on the forecast results of the 2016 LTO, the AESO will continue to defer the Fort McMurray East 500 kV Transmission Project. The AESO plans to update interested stakeholders with more information when we release our 2017 Long-term Transmission Plan next year.
