    Dry Creek 186S Substation Modification

    FortisAlberta Inc. (Fortis) has applied to the Alberta Electric System Operator for transmission system access to serve growing demand for electricity in the City of Airdrie area. Fortis’ request can be met by the following solution:

    • Adding one 138kV bus tie breaker at Dry Creek 186S substation; and
    • Adding two 25kV feeder breakers.
