    Market Tools Support – COVID-19

    In light of the evolving COVID-19 pandemic, we understand that some of our Participants are also working remotely and may be seeking additional access to our systems. To facilitate quick access to information, the AESO has posted the following guidelines:

    Energy Trading System (ETS):

    For new users, please fill out our ETS User Access Request Form. This form should be submitted by the corporate contact as listed on the Pool Participant list on our website.

    Current users can renew their certificate if it is close to expiry through our normal process. For a new certificate, please submit the online Digicert enrollment form with your user information.

    Current users can also export and import their certificate in order to move it to another computer. The instructions start on page 13 in our guide  Energy Trading System (ETS) digital certificate enrolment procedure.

    If you require any assistance with your digital certificate, please email cert.admin@aeso.ca.

    Automated Dispatch and Messaging System (ADaMS):

    For new users, please fill out our ADaMS Request Form. This form should be submitted by the corporate contact as listed on the Pool Participant list on our website.

    Current users can export and import their ADaMS certificate in order to move it from one computer to another, or re-install their ADaMS certificate directly onto the new computer. For instructions or for a copy of the certificate, the corporate contact should email the AESO at info@aeso.ca.  

    For a new ADaMS certificate, the corporate contact listed on the Pool Participant list should email info@aeso.ca.

    *Please note that only one computer can be logged into an ADaMS account at one time, and only one ADaMS account can be responsible for accepting dispatches from the AESO.
