    URL Change: MARGO Public

    The AESO will be implementing a change to the Monitor and Advice for Reliable Grid Operations (MARGO) Public application, effective March 30, 2021.

    As a result of this change, the AESO has identified that while the address portion of the URL will remain the same (“//itc.aeso.ca/itc/public”), the hypertext transfer protocol will change from “http” to “https” for all MARGO Public URLs. This includes the new graphical interface and the old MARGO Public format.

    Following the implementation, MARGO Public users will need to use the new URL to access the application.

    Please note that the data found on the MARGO Public application is now available via secure API. Please see the AESO’s Application Programming Interface webpage for details and instructions for access.
