    COM-001 Communications

    Under Applicability (a)(ii) of COM-001-AB1-1.1, the ISO has determined that as at May 1, 2013, there is no operator of a transmission facility that is not part of the bulk electric system that is necessary for the reliable operation of either the interconnected electric system or the City of Medicine Hat electric system.
