Customer Connections
Project Delivery teams are aligned geographically by the formation of a North team and a South team. Project Delivery teams are responsible for both System development and Connection projects for each area.
A program management approach and regional focus has been implemented to manage System and Customer project interdependencies across regions. Program Managers are accountable for all projects within an assigned region (coordinated portfolio).
Project Coordinators and technical resources are allocated to projects and are part of the Project Delivery teams. Project Coordinators are accountable for the day-to-day management of projects and help coordinate AESO and industry resources assigned to work on specific deliverables. The AESO Project Coordinator will be the main AESO point of contact for the Customer and TFO for the life of the project.
