Stakeholder session

The AESO is providing notice to interested stakeholders to hold the date for the Transmission Capability Map Information Session on April 20, 2022, from 9:00 to 11:30 a.m.

Session purpose

The purpose of this session is to build on the information provided to stakeholders at the Transmission Capability and Utilization session on Nov. 23, 2021. The session will review the assumptions and methodologies used in the development of the AESO’s transmission capability mapping tool as well as its vision, intended use and timing of updates. This will include a walk-through of the map, a facilitated Q&A to respond to stakeholder questions, and details around supporting user experience. The session will also provide stakeholders with an overview of additional supports the AESO will be implementing related to System Access Service Request (SASR) submissions.
