In Decision 28989-D01-2024, dated July 31, 2024, the AUC approved the AESO's application for amendments to Rate DOS which came into effect February 1, 2025.

June 2026 Update: The Rate DOS Qualification Application process is now completed online through Adobe Workfront. 

To get started, email customer.connections@aeso.ca to initiate a one-time account setup. See Section 3 of the SASR Guide for assistance with setting up your account.

Once your account is set up:

• Complete the Rate DOS Application and Schedule A – Evidence of Eligibility directly in WorkFront via the online forms.
• If applying for DOS Dispatchable, upload Schedule B with your application.
