    Purpose

    To present the consultants’ methodology, data, and findings from recent studies (Embedded Cost of Service Study (ECOSS), Marginal Cost of Service Study (MCOSS) and Performance Review), and provide stakeholders with a live opportunity to ask questions. We aim to equip stakeholders with context needed to provide informed feedback on this report.
