    Stakeholder Session | Tariff Connection Obligations Kick-off

    Purpose

    To introduce the TCO workstream and highlight where simplification can improve clarity and transparency in the tariff. We will walk through the scope, explain why this work is needed now, and discuss current issues and improvement opportunities as we prepare for the January 2027 application. Stakeholders will be encouraged to join the upcoming working group to help shape the design.
