Purpose

We will share more information on our Market Participant Readiness plan, including:

• Overall timing of upcoming stakeholder engagements
• Overview of the learning plan and personas
• Developments relating to IT systems
• Updates on the upcoming ISO rules engagements
• General next steps

There will be opportunities to ask questions throughout.

This session is intended for those responsible for leading and coordinating their organization’s REM implementation readiness across operations, technology/systems compliance and change management. Ideal participants will include the project manager and/or technical lead overseeing implementation planning activities.
